One Time SEO offers a few different services to help a webiste achieve greater visibility online. In an effort to help you understand each piece of the services, we compiled these terms. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Guarantees
With regard to SEO service returns, there are no guarantees on the amount of traffic, rankings, or other increases in status online. These metrics are sometimes determined by factors that are our of our control. However, One Time SEO can and does indeed guarantee that the work we do will be done so with the utmost integrity and quality. We have a strong ethical responsibility to provide the best service possible, and do so within the guidelines set forth by the major search engines. These responsibilities ensure that not only will your site increase it's potential online, they will also prevent your site from being banned or penalyzed because of our services.
Responsibilities
It is the repsonsibility of One Time SEO to render services as agreed upon by you and us. As such, it is the responsobility of the client to produce the necessary inforamtion in order for One Time SEO to provide these services. Depending on the service, necessary information may include, but are not limited to: company information, desired goals, desired changes, FTP access, authorization to make changes to your website, authorization to make payments to One Time SEO, desired images to be placed on website designs, etc.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Ownership
The client shall be deemed the “author” or “owner” of any and all data provided to One Time SEO. During services provided, One Time SEO may be furnished or may otherwise receive or have access to information which relates to the client's past, present or future products, vendor lists, creative works, marketing strategies, pending projects and proposals, and other proprietary information which gives the client an opportunity to acquire an advantage over its competitors who do not know or use the proprietary information. One Time SEO agrees to preserve and protect the confidentiality of the proprietary information and all physical forms thereof, whether disclosed before this agreement is signed or afterward. In addition, One Time SEO shall not disclose or disseminate the proprietary information to any third party and shall not use the information for the benefit of any third party. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, One Time SEO shall be prohibited from discussing the client or work with a representative of the press or media, either directly or indirectly, without the client's express prior written approval. Basically, we take our clients' information seriously, and handle it as such.
Cancellation
Our clients may cancel services provided by One Time SEO at any time, either in writing or verbally. If such a termination request is made before the ending date of the services provided for any reason other than due to a material breach of this agreement by One Time SEO, the client understands that no refund will be provided. So, we don't like contracts or holding people's information ransom. If you feel your service needs may be better met somewhere else, we understand. However, unless One Time SEO did something to breach an agreement, there are no refunds for services rendered.
